Hello PBL Elite Family!
What a season. Congrats to the winners, and better luck next time to the losers. As we close out our first ever basketball season, we would like to say thank you. For everyone who participated, supported and gave this league a chance. It wasn't perfect, it may not have been the best run, but we live and we learn.
We've grown! And so have our management team with our newly minted co-commissioners. We'll take what we've learned this season, and make season 2 a much better experience. There will be changes with how the league will be ran, from admission requirements, to draft process, and even rule enforcement. Please be on the lookout for these changes. For existing members that wish to be part of the next season, let us know. If not, it was great to have you. For non members that wish to join, let us know too! We're expanding the teams for next season.
Again, we couldn't have done this without your support. You are what makes PBL Elite a league we want to continue.

SEASON REMINDER
Hello PBL Elite Family!
We have reached the end of our regular season and what a run it has been! Thank you for all the support we've seen and the continued interest in this league. As we start our knockout round, we take this time to remind everyone that we are here to build community, camaraderie and enjoy some friendly competition and fun.
As a league, we embrace competition, and understand that there will be some physicality as that is part of the game. Some friendly "trash talking" will always be part of the game. What we do not condone is intentionally hurting and blatant disrespect of the audience, and the venue. We will be rigid and strict as a league with offenses regarding this and will be dealt with accordingly.
Recent events have pushed us to reinforce and reemphasize our house rules. We ask that everyone read and understand them. Rules are in the link below. Everyone participating in the knockout round has to review them before being allowed to proceed. Any disagreement with the rules are free to express their concerns with the commissioner.

Let's stick to basketball and make it about basketball. We love this sport and we want to be a safe space for everyone to enjoy and express themselves. We have to understand as a collective that people watch us when we play and so we have to act and be responsible adults.

Purpose
Friendly competitive basketball league dedicated for Filipino (and for those with Filipino connections) basketball lovers, 30 and up ... maybe younger too. Catering to the greater Sacramento area.
What we've done
Season 1 is in the books. As Season 2 preparations are underway, we've had the privilege of building community with all of our members in the past season. We continue to see that community continue to grow and carry over to season 2 with a lot of new faces.
We continue to be a space of expression of competitive spirit and love for basketball. Truly proud of the community we've built and looking forward to growing this again. We've expanded our connections to over 211 members in our FB page (and counting). Again we constantly work to improve the league, and make the experience better. This year we have even more joining us in managing the league. Appreciate all the support!
